health + favorite breakfasts

I would bet that about 50% of my daily thoughts are solely devoted to food. What I'm eating, what I'm going to eat, what I'd rather be eating...the list goes on. Breakfast is 100% my favorite meal of the day (I frequently replace my other meals with breakfast), so I take a lot of pride in what I come up with to eat. It's also usually my healthiest meal, which is an added bonus. 


I think I ate this every single morning of my junior year of high school. Greek yogurt (always plain, I'm not picky about the brand) with granola (my favorite is Kind Vanilla Blueberry) and dried cranberries. It's really filling and usually keeps me full for a while. 


I could literally get a spoon and dig into an avocado at any given moment. They are unparalleled. I'm pretty boring with my avocado toast, though. I toast Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat bread, cut a half an avocado and mush it up onto the toast. That's it. A lot of other people put cheese or tomato or any variety of different toppings onto the toast, but eh I'm not really into it.


My mother is gluten intolerant, so I've definitely picked up some of her gluten-free eating habits! Glutino's English muffins are better than regular english muffins TBH. I also put some Justin's vanilla almond butter and a little bit of honey on top. So good.
